The Road to Healing

Congratulations on taking a step to greater self-discovery! I primarily work with adults and college/graduate students who seek to better understand their emotions, improve their self-esteem, process challenging experiences, and address struggles in relationships. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that the past holds a key to the future and the healing, transformative nature of relationships. We'll work together to not only reduce your symptoms, but also figure out where they started so you can prevent repeating old patterns. Our sessions will focus on exploring your relationships with friends, family, romantic partners, and most importantly, yourself. Together, we will discover what is and isn't working in these relationships, and discuss ways to feel a greater sense of empowerment and authenticity within them. I find great joy in helping adults and college/graduate students find hope, healing, and understanding in difficult situations. I believe everyone is capable of meaningful change and the healing powers of supportive and nurturing relationships. As your therapist, my role is to provide a trusting and reliable presence and will approach our relationship with openness, care, and respect. Finding the right therapist is crucial to healing, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
